José Ramón Cabezón Blanco
Technical architect. University of Valladolid (UVA).
He began his professional career as a Technical Architect in 1987, acquiring professional experience in various development companies, carrying out constant training, while working as a free professional for individuals and administrations.
In 2003 he founded the family business, dedicated mainly to Building and Public Works Projects for private clients and administration of the area, as well as carrying out Work Execution Directions and Health and Safety Coordination in large Developments in Castilla Y León, Cantabria and La Rioja.
San Juan de Ortega Prize for Technical Architecture, awarded in 2010 by the Official College of Surveyors and Technical Architects of Burgos.

Susana Cabezón Martínez
Graduated in Building Sciences and Technologies. Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC).
Technical Engineer of Public Works, specialty Civil Constructions. Polytechnic University of Burgos (UBU EPS).
She began his professional career in private companies, performing the functions of Project Manager and Production Manager in different sections of the Madrid-Barcelona AVE (GIF and ADIF Promoter), highway works (Ministry of Public Works Promoter), beach recovery works ( Promoter Ministry of Public Works: Costas), Private Urbanizations (Private Developers) among others, always combining these jobs with the family business founded in 2003.
Since 2012, with exclusive dedication to the family business, he carries out Building and Public Works projects for private clients and public administrations.
